Architectural Design: New Construction, Renovation, Restoration & Additions

Whether you have a new or historic structure, a vacant lot ready to meet its potential, or just an idea, I can help you to visualize and design project. With this service, you will have a professional set of drawings that meet your parameters and comply with zoning and building code regulations.

    • Coordination with contractor before and after construction starts (if requested)

    4. Once approved, we'll meet regularly to review design, make design decision and to answer any questions.

    5. When drawings are completed, we will submit for permit and to your contractor.

    6. If requested, I can act as your advisor during the construction and make regular site visits

    • Introductory phone call (30 min.) is complementary

    • Price is largely dependent on project. Some projects can be priced hourly, but many projects are priced based on the scope of work.

    • Pricing will be included in the proposal.

  • The schedule will be discussed in our initial meetings. This will largely depend on the scope and size of the project. The time frame will be discussed and agreed upon when the proposal is submitted for your approval.
