Hi! I’m Bridget, and I have lived in New Orleans for over 20 years, coming here in 2001 to attend Tulane University. From the start, I loved the visual interest and unique architecture of our singular and fun city. After starting in Anthropology, I quickly realized that I loved working on the built environment and enjoyed the challenge of taking ideas and fitting them into the unique parameters of a specific project, so I switched to the Architecture program at Tulane School of Architecture and graduated with both a Masters in Architecture and a Bachelors in Anthropology.

I have worked in a traditional design firm here in New Orleans and had the unique opportunity to be an HNW (high net worth) Insurance Risk Manager with a homeowners’ insurance company. During my time with the insurance company, I had the rare opportunity to see inside some of the most beautiful new and historic homes in NOLA and the Gulf Coast and advise their owners on risk management, loss prevention and maintenance. This has given me insight not only in the design of spaces in our unique area, but also some of the pitfalls and special challenges that come with living in a coastal and humid climate, especially with our historic homes.

I love helping people realize their designs and visions and also want to help them preserve and protect what they already have. I would be honored to help you meet your goals, from building a new home or improving the one you already have to giving advice on maintenance and repair.
